Molly credits her participation in the Miss America Organization for the confidence and skills that have enabled her to be a successful business owner when she opened the doors of Innovative Dance in Wilsonville in 1998. The experience she gained, especially in public speaking, have been valuable to her in her career. The importance of public service, community involvement and philanthropy are values that she has carried with her since her time in the program.

Molly has studied with Portland greats such as Sally Mack, Terry Brock and other acclaimed teachers that set her on her current career path. She also studied dance at the University of Oregon where she danced on the U of O Jazz Line. In addition to the title of Miss Washington County 1995, Molly held the title of Miss Emerald Valley 1996 and was a top ten finalists and talent winner at the Miss Oregon Scholarship Pageant.

Molly lives in Wilsonville with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys the friendliness and small town feel it has to offer and looks forward to continued involvement in the community.
